1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and select international destinations. If we do not deliver to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, processing time may take an additional 2-3 days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹999 within India.

  • Express and international shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Delays & Issues

Foxtramp is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customs clearance delays (for international orders).

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Foxtramp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation.
