1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:

It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased under final sale, clearance, or limited-edition collections.

Products that have been used, altered, or washed.

Gift cards and promotional items.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and a clear image of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Upon inspection and approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the product is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, Foxtramp reserves the right to deny the refund.
4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, a new order must be placed, and the original item should be returned for a refund.
