Foxtramp ships to all regions within India and select international destinations. Available shipping locations are displayed during checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our support team.


2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in India. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 2-3 business days.

2.2 Business Days: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.3 Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please verify the accuracy of your order details, including shipping address, immediately upon receipt.

3.1 Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, courier performance, or external disruptions (e.g., weather, customs delays).

3.2 International Orders: For international shipments, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.


4. Tracking Your Order

4.1 Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.

5. Shipping Charges

5.1 Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

5.2 International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

5.3 Additional Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local government for international orders. Foxtramp is not liable for these charges.


6. Shipping Delays and Issues

Foxtramp is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • External factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Customs clearance delays for international orders.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.


7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

7.1 Modifications: Orders may be modified (e.g., changes to shipping address or items) within 6 hours of placement, subject to approval. To request a modification, contact us immediately at support@foxtramp.com.

7.2 Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are subject to our Return & Cancellation Policy.

7.3 Non-Modifiable Orders: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review our Return & Cancellation Policy for options regarding returns or exchanges.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

8.1 Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 15 days of the shipping confirmation date. We will investigate with our shipping partners and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.

8.2 Stolen Packages: Foxtramp is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and contact the carrier or local authorities if you suspect theft.


9. Exchanges

9.1 Eligibility: We offer exchanges for eligible products under specific conditions, as outlined below and in our Return & Cancellation Policy. Products must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Returned within the timeframe specified in our Return & Cancellation Policy (please refer to that policy for details).

9.2 Exchange Process: To request an exchange, contact our support team at support@foxtramp.com with your order number and details of the requested exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing the exchange.

9.3 Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Foxtramp will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item for approved exchanges.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to verification, as outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy.

Foxtramp is not liable for delays or failures in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
